This Sunday, I had the pleasure of attending Khrissy B’s 4th annual You Can Sit With Us women’s brunch in Los Angeles, and let me tell you... it was everything. Think power, sisterhood, and a whole lot of good vibes. Hosted by the ever-inspiring Khrissy B, this event brought together nearly 100 of the most influential and powerful women in the city for an afternoon of connection, celebration, and empowerment.

The 2025 theme? Mustard and brown. The moment I stepped into the venue, I felt like I was walking into a room full of strength and warmth. The colors, the energy, the people, it was the perfect setting for a day where everything felt like a celebration of womanhood. This wasn’t just a brunch; it was a gathering of women who are making moves and supporting each other every step of the way.

Every time Khrissy B throws an event, you know it’s going to be something special, and the introductions set the tone for the entire day. Picture this: Belgium waffles, turkey sausage, crispy breakfast potatoes, and fried cauliflower (for my plant-based friends aka ME, kinda).
Let me just say, the chef was in his bag with this brunch. I loved that it was made per table, so it was hot for each guest.
We ate, we laughed, we shared stories, and the food made the whole experience feel even more like home.

Mango champagne, sangria, and brut made sure no one went thirsty, and the whole experience felt like a toast to the amazing women in the room. But the real fun came when Gina Views brought Hoefessions to the brunch. The game had everyone cracking up, and I’m not gonna lie, I got a little competitive. For those who answered questions correctly, Khrissy B hooked them up with gift cards to buy Gina’s game. I love how these moments brought the whole room together in a way that was both fun and meaningful.
